“made from high grade Uk steel, Gun drilled and machined from one piece for superior strength with integrated crown race and top load nut.

Integrated crown race does away with a push on one for simplicity & stability.
Integrated top load nut does away with star nut eliminating any slippage, can be tightened with wrench or 8mm allen, front brake cable can go through centre for bar spins with a brake”

  1. I’m pretty sure the old Charge Nozzle forks had exactly the same internally threaded steerer tube.

    • yeah I think they do, I’m not claiming that we invented the system but it’s a quite important feature of the forks!

  2. be interesting to know what size tap & die used?
